OnSite Media and our affiliates (collectively,“ OnSite Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) take seriously the confidentiality of your personal information. This Privacy Policy sets forth the information collected through the websites operated by OnSite Media (“OnSite Media Sites”)and how that information is used and shared. OnSite Media and its suppliers may collect or receive the types of information described below in connection with your access to and use of the OnSite Media Sites, including your registration for an online OnSite Media account and your purchase of products through the OnSiteMedia Sites (collectively, “Collected Information”).

By accessing or using the OnSite Media Sites or by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree on behalf of yourself and any company that you represent (together, “you”) that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and that you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as discussed in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the OnSite Media Sites.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of our Terms and Conditions. OnSite Media reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the OnSite Media Sites and, by accessing or using the OnSite Media Sites after such changes are posted, you agree and consent to all such changes. Access from Outside the United States

THE ONSITE MEDIA SITES ARE PROVIDED BY ONSITE MEDIA, ITS AFFILIATES, AND IT’S VENDORS IN THE UNITED STATES. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE TRANSFERRED AND MAINTAINED IN ONSITE MEDIA’ RECORDS IN THE UNITED STATES. THE DATA PROTECTION AND RELATED LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF THEUNITED STATES MIGHT NOT BE AS COMPREHENSIVE AS THOSE IN THE COUNTRY FROM WHICHYOU ARE ACCESSING THE ONSITE MEDIA SITES. We Collect Information that You Submit

Personally Identifiable Information

You can visit the OnSite Media Sites without sharing personally identifiable information, but you will be required to provide personally identifiable information in order to use certain OnSiteMedia Sites features, such as creating an online OnSite Media account or placing an order. OnSite Media will collect any personally identifiable information from or about you that you choose to submit to us, which may include without limitation your name, physical address, telephone number, email address, payment information, and, if you are a medical practitioner, your applicable license or certificate. Specifically, we collect your personally identifiable information, for example, when setting up your account, in connection with your purchase of products, and when you respond to communications from us (e.g., promotional emails). In order to open an account, you will need to submit your first and last name, email address, password, business name (if applicable), designation, specialty, how did you hear about us. In order to place your order, we will also require your payment information. If you provide your wireless or other telephone number to us, you consent to receiving telephone calls from us at that telephone number as set forth below. We will use your personally identifiable information to process your orders for products, to communicate with you in connection with your orders, and to provide you with information and communications that you requestor that we believe are relevant or may be of interest to you, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment Information

Purchases of products must be made by creditor debit card or via PayPal. All credit and debit card information is provided directly to one of our PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store or maintain any credit or debit card information. To make a purchase you will need to submit your credit or debit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. Payment by credit or debit card is subject to the approval of the card issuer. We will not be liable in any way if a card issuer refuses to accept a credit or debit card for any reason. If you make a purchase using PayPal, you may need to log in to your PayPal account. We encourage you to review our payment processors’ respective privacy policies, which are located at Shopify.com and at Paypal.com. We will maintain a record of the purchases that you make using the OnSite Media Sites.

Account Information

If you choose to create an online OnSite Media account we may collect, as applicable, the name of your business, your business’s contact information, your business’s website, your medical practitioner license or certificate number, and information pertaining to your business’s specialty and the products and services provided by that business.

Mailing List Information

If you sign up or otherwise opt in to receive promotions from us, you will need to submit your email address. You may also submit your physical address. We will use this information to provide you with promotional and other communications. You may opt out of receiving our electronic communications at any time by following the instructions to be removed from our mailing list in the applicable email. Please note that removing yourself from our mailing list does not terminate any online OnSiteMedia account that you have created.
Even if you remove yourself from our email list, we will still retain your personal information in connection with your registration to use the OnSiteMedia Sites and you may still receive communications with respect to such usage. We may use a third party email provider to deliver these communications to you.

How We Collect Information

IP Addresses and Related Data

The servers used to operate the OnSite Media Sites may collect data pertaining to you and the equipment, software, and communication methods you use to access the Internet and the OnSite Media Sites, including Internet protocol (“IP”) addresses assigned to your computer, your Internet service provider (ISP), your approximate geographic location, your browser type, the pages you access on the OnSite Media Sites, the websites you access before and after visiting the OnSite Media Sites, the length of time you spend on the OnSite Media Sites, date and time stamps, and clickstream data. OnSite Media may use this information to administer the OnSiteMedia Sites and its servers, to generate statistical information, to monitor and analyze OnSite Media Sites traffic and usage patterns, to monitor and prevent fraud, to investigate complaints and violations of our policies, and to improve the OnSite Media Sites’ content and the products, services, materials, and other content that we describe or make available through the OnSite Media Sites. We may combine this information with personally identifiable information, other Collected Information, and information obtained from third parties for security reasons.

Physical Geographic Location

We will use your IP address to obtain your approximate geographic location to help us customize the OnSite Media Sites and to analyze traffic on the OnSite Media Sites.

Cookies

Like most modern websites, OnSite Media automatically uses cookies to track use of OnSite Media Sites and to facilitate and enhance the user experience on the OnSite Media Sites. Google AdWords, Third-Party Advertising Networks, and Behavioral Advertising

Analytics

The OnSite Media Sites uses Google Analytics and other Internet analytics services to collect information about your use of the OnSite Media Sites, which information your web browser automatically sends to the applicable analytics service provider. This information includes the web address of the web sites that you visit and your IP address. Our analytics service providers may also set cookies or read preexisting cookies, which information is stored on their respective servers. Our analytics serviceproviders uses this information to provide us with reports about OnSite MediaSites traffic and your visits to the OnSite Media Sites (for example, thedomain from which you access the Internet, the web address of the web site fromwhich you linked to the OnSite Media Sites, and the date and time of your visitto the web sites that you view and click through). We will use this data toimprove the OnSite Media Sites’ structure and content. Google may use this datain accordance with its Privacy Policy. You may opt out of our use of certain of our analytics tools. Social Media

The OnSite Media Sites may allow you to connect and share information with various social media platforms, for example ,Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. These features may require us to implement cookies, plug-ins, and application protocol interfaces (APIs) provided by those social media platforms. We may share information that you provide us or that we may collect about your use of the OnSiteMedia Sites with those platforms and that information will be subject to their privacy policies. OnSite Media is active on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You have the opportunity to comment on these websites regarding OnSite Media and the products and services we offer. OnSite Media reserves the rights to post on its websites any comments or content you post on our social media pages. OnSiteMedia will be held harmless and without liability for the results of any and all third party reposts to any and all other locations, including the direct or assumed meaning regarding content from all company social media websites.

Embedded Content

The OnSite Media Sites incorporates content, including feeds scripts embedded in the OnSite Media Sites’ code as well as visible content (for example, videos) provided by third parties. In some cases, hose third parties collect data about how you interact with their content. For example, YouTube and Vimeo may each collect or otherwise have access to usagedata on videos embedded on the OnSite Media Sites as set forth in their respective privacy policies and Vimeo.

How We Use and Share Collected Information

In addition to the uses described above, OnSiteMedia and its suppliers may use and share Collected Information as described below. We will not sell, rent, or share Collected Information except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or as permitted by applicable law.

Purpose Collected

We will use your personally identifiable information for the purpose for which you have given it to us, including to provide you with information and communications that you request. If you place an order through the OnSite Media Sites, we will use Collected Information to communicate with you regarding your order. If you register for an account on the OnSite Media Sites, we will use your information to communicate with you regarding your account. If you provide another person’s or entity’s email address via our referral feature, we will use that email address to send promotional emails to that recipient. If you contact us for support or assistance in using the OnSite Media Sites, we may use Collected Information to determine whether or not your system meets the minimum requirements needed to access and use the OnSite Media Sites and otherwise to contact you regarding your request.

Communication with You

OnSite Media will use any telephone numbers you provide to communicate with you regarding orders for products placed through the OnSite Media Sites. OnSite Media may use Collected Information to notify you of changes made to the OnSite Media Sites, such as changes to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, and to send you promotional communications as set forth above. Site Evaluation and Improvement

We may share certain anonymized Collected Information, such as customer numbers, zip codes, and products purchased, with our the third party manufacturers of the products that we sell for purposes of providing information necessary for the payment of any sales commissions as applicable, as well as to assist such third party manufacturers with information on the sales and success of their products. We do not provide any personally identifiable information to our suppliers.

Sharing Collected Information with our Vendors

We may share Collected Information with our OnSiteMedia Sites management and hosting suppliers, payment processors, e-commerce hosting suppliers, order management software suppliers, analytics services providers, email service suppliers, and other suppliers as necessary for us to provide the OnSite Media Sites and our products and services to you and as may otherwise be permitted by applicable law. We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations. Our suppliers are authorized to and may use Collected Information as necessary for them to provide the applicable services to us and as set forth in their respective privacy policies; they may also share Collected Information with their suppliers when necessary.

Security and Protection of Rights

We may use Collected Information and share it with third parties to the extent permitted by applicable law, including in the event of a subpoena, court order, or law enforcement request. OnSite Media will use Collected Information and share it with third parties if we believe doing so is necessary to operate the OnSite Media Sites or to protect our rights or the rights of others, including disclosing information necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action in the event of a violation of our contracts, terms, or policies.

Aggregate Information

We may aggregate personally identifiable information and other Collected Information to create anonymous aggregate data on OnSite Media Sites users, which describes users as a group but does not reveal the identity of individual users. We may use aggregate data to understand OnSite Media Sites users’ needs, to determine OnSite Media Sites user demographics and usage patterns, to determine what kinds of products and services we can provide, and to improve and enrich our products, services, and the OnSite Media Sites.

Business Transactions

All Collected Information is exclusively the property of OnSite Media but, if OnSite Media undergoes a change in control, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or asset sale, all information owned by or in the control of OnSite Media may be transferred or sold to the successor of the transaction. That successor will be bound by this Privacy Policy as it applies to that information.

Security

The OnSite Media Sites have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur, OnSite Media uses industry standards, such as Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) technology, to help safeguard against such occurrences. In certain areas, the information passed between your browser and our system is encrypted with SSL technology to create a protected connection between you and our websites to ensure confidentiality. In the event that a breach into our security systems occurs and there is a possibility that an unauthorized person acquires your personal information, OnSite Media will notify you of such a breach if and to the extent required under applicable law.

Access by Children

The OnSite Media Sites are not directed toward children under 13 years of age and OnSite Media does not knowingly collect or use information from children under 13 through the OnSite Media Sites.
