Shipments outside the continental U.S. (U.S. Territories only)
Due to extended shipment time frames, most U.S. territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico and Guam) are not included in our two-day professional/three-day patient shipping guarantee. OnSite Media is not liable for delays or losses due to shipping delays caused by the carrier and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied access for delivery.
Out of Stock Items
If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on backorder. We will ship the out of stock item as soon as it is available, typically within 10–14 business days. You will be charged for your out of stock item when it ships.

Many of the brands we provide to clients offer discounted pricing on bulk orders. We fully support the resale policies and restrictions of all of our suppliers and thus will place certain large orders on hold as we review the details to ensure the customer is in compliance with our suppliers’ reseller policies. This may cause a short delay in processing these orders and affect shipment date by one day.
We do not accept COD orders.

Our carriers deliver on business days unless otherwise noted.
The 3-6 business day shipping option is only available in select areas. This shipping method takes 10-14 business days for Alaska and Hawaii orders.
Additional Terms and Conditions
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in selling products, including compliance with the requirements of Prop 65 for any sales to patients in California (e.g., “Not California” products may not be sold to patients in California).

OnSite Media takes our commitment to quality very seriously and we go to great lengths to ensure that we only carry the highest quality products.
Occasionally a product may not meet expectations. Most products are eligible for return credit within 7 days of receipt. To be credited for a return, please call us at 435-214-0802 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping cost.
All returns (excluding those that are due to an error on our part) are subject to a 25% returns processing fee, due to the fact that we do not resell the product as new again. You’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team for an RMA number, as well as the return address information, which can vary depending on the product(s) you are returning from your order.
RMA numbers are how our warehouse tracks and identifies the returns, and aids in processing your refund. Items shipped back to our warehouse without an RMA number often cannot be traced back to the shipper. To ensure your return is processed, always reach out to Customer Service for an RMA number and clearly write this number on the outside of the return shipment.

If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of its contents and call us immediately with the sales order number. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Return Processing Times
Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied, which can take 1-3 weeks once received. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
We’ll apply the refund to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once your refund has been applied.
Return Shipping Labels
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, however, we will issue a refund for the product cost less restocking fees.
